Hilltop encourages regular visits by your horse’s veterinarian, farrier, massage therapist, and equine dentist (these professional services are charged directly to you and are not included in the monthly boarding fee).

Supplies

Everyone who boards or leases a horse must provide proper blankets, fly sheets, and coolers to protect their animals from the weather.
You are also encouraged to provide your own properly fitting tack, including saddles, bridles, bits, and grooming equipment.  

School tack is available for those who are new to horses and riding.  Tack clinics are held regularly to help new riders, leasers, and boarders make the proper choice when selecting and fitting tack for both themselves and their horses.

Lessons

To ensure both horse and rider are properly schooled, and in order to maintain your skill level, anyone leasing a horse or riding competitively must have at least two lesson per week.

If you intend to compete, you must have at least one extra lesson the week of the show.

Hilltop has a limited number of stalls available for boarding this fall and winter.
